Desmond multisim workflows are composed of several stages. They are launched with the multisim command:$SCHRODINGER/utilities/multisimThe command used to submit the original job can be located at the top of the failed _multisim.log file.

If, for some reason, your multisim workflow crashed and your data was copied back to the launch directory, you can restart it either from the point where the workflow failed or from the beginning of a specific stage, by using the -multisim_checkpoint file.
