Ted, professional fitness trainer, born and raised in Washington, D C. has a

strong passion for health. After high school graduation,Ted enrolled into US Army Reserves which he served for eight years; 1994-2002. He attended George Mason University, The Volgenau School of Engineering, with seven computer related certificates. His entire life he was an athlete, but over the span of four years 2008-2012 he gained 70 pounds. It wasn't until his son was born that he joined a gym and started a daily routine. Being at his heaviest in life, it inspired him to get into the best shape of his life, and lost the 70 pounds in its entirety. Through the tough season of his life, his purpose was birthed, it was at that moment that he knew he wanted to help others reach their fitness goals.

Ted has been on both ends, a trainer and a trainee, being fully aware of how it feels to struggle with weight issues. Over the last five years the focus has been to help as many men, women, and youth get both stronger and leaner. It his goal that they reach their fullest potential in achieving their fitness goals. Services range from beginner to advanced, whether it is running a mile on a treadmill, or a 5K, the overall goal is to have people feel better about themselves.

Eat well. workout. be patient.
