Honestly, I always thought keeping muscle during a cut was nearly impossible. At first, I just slashed calories and did cardio, but I kept losing strength. Then I started paying more attention to protein intake and carb timing, and added some recovery supplements. At one point, I came across a bodybuilding cutting steroid cycle, and it really helped speed up recovery and maintain volume. Now I can cut fat without losing muscle and keep my strength progress.
